Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil,butter or melted coconut oil)
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
- In large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add buttermilk, oil and eggs. Mix until blended.
- Fry spoonfuls of batter for 2 minutes on one side in a lightly greased pan over a medium heat.
