Flapjacks

Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil (olive oil,butter or melted coconut oil)
3 eggs
Instructions:
In large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add buttermilk, oil and eggs. Mix until blended.
Fry spoonfuls of batter for 2 minutes on one side in a lightly greased pan over a medium heat.
